Rock & Water is actively acquiring property throughout the Southeastern US, and we welcome contact from sales agents and brokers. To-date, roughly 60% of our purchases have been through brokers, and we welcome the opportunity to work with professional representatives in the field.

If you represent a tract of land that you think we may be interested in, please read our list of targeted characteristics below and feel free to contact us. We've also included sample photos from previous acquisitions to give you a sense for the type of land we are looking for.

We are currently aggressively acquiring land with the following characteristics:

• Acreage size of at least 80 acres, up to 5,000+
• Per-acre pricing that is competitive with the local market
• At least one (preferably more) of the following amenities: dramatic mountain views, lake frontage, river frontage or fast-flowing creeks, streams or waterfalls
• Easy access to major highways, interstates and local commercial centers
• Within a three-hour drive to a major metropolitan center
